Abstract

An unsupported, floating, and pneumatic caliper disc brake, comprising a mounting plate (1), a brake caliper assembly (2), two guide pins (3), screws (4), a friction plate (5), pressure springs (6), and a pressure plate (7); wherein a central through-hole is provided on the mounting plate (1), the central through-hole being used for centring on a non-steering axle, and the brake caliper assembly (2) is directly fixed onto the mounting plate (1) by means of the guide pins (3). The brake is simple in structure, convenient for assembling and convenient for maintenance. Given that a support has been removed, a saving is made on cost and in the setting up process. In addition, the brake ensures braking performance and eliminates the negative impact created when support is withdrawn.

L'invention porte sur un frein à disque à étrier non porté, flottant et pneumatique, qui comprend une plaque de montage (1), un ensemble étrier de frein (2), deux barres de guidage (3), des vis (4), une plaque de friction (5), des ressorts de pression (6) et une plaque de pression (7), un trou traversant central étant ménagé sur la plaque de montage (1), le trou traversant central étant utilisé pour centrer sur un axe non directif, et l'ensemble étrier de frein (2) est directement fixé sur la plaque de montage (1) au moyen des barres de guidage (3). Le frein est d'une structure simple, il est commode à assembler et commode à entretenir. Etant donné qu'un support a été supprimé, on bénéficie d'une économie sur le coût et sur le processus de réglage. En supplément, le frein assure la performance du freinage et élimine l'impact négatif créé lorsque le support est retiré.
