Abstract

The present patent application relates to a modification of the geometry of the brick existing in the prior art, with a curved, elliptical, rectangular or similar recess in the sides thereof. The brick model according to the application can be produced as a solid brick or as a perforated brick, the recesses forming cavities at the ends and sides of the brick, such that when the bricks are set next to each other, face to face, an empty elliptical, rectangular or similar space is formed, into which the cementing material is introduced in order to join the aligned bricks in the wall. This invention gives rise to a new method, a new bricklaying technology that makes it possible to lay, in the same space and time, a much larger quantity of bricks than the present commercially available brick models. This model makes bricklaying easier in that, instead of a trowel, a cup-shaped container is used to apply the cementing mass to the joints as a thick grout, to fill the spaces formed by the recesses, the cavities in the brick.

La présente demande de brevet concerne la modification géométrique d'une brique existant dans l'état de la technique, avec un évidement au niveau des faces correspondantes, selon une forme incurvée, elliptique, rectangulaire ou analogue. Le modèle de brique faisant l'objet de la présente demande peut être produit en tant que brique massive ou à trous, les évidements formant des cavités au niveau des extrémités et des côtés de la brique, de sorte que, lors de leur juxtaposition, face contre face, les briques définissent un espace vide elliptique, rectangulaire ou analogue, dans lequel la pâte cimentaire est introduite en vue de la jonction des briques alignées dans le mur. Cette invention donne lieu à un nouveau procédé, à une nouvelle technique de pose de briques, et permet, dans un espace/intervalle de temps identique, la pose d'une quantité de briques nettement supérieure par comparaison avec les modèles existant actuellement sur le marché. Ce modèle facilite la pose de briques du fait de la manière dont la pâte cimentaire est appliquée dans la jonction. En effet, au lieu d'utiliser une truelle, on applique une masse ciment dans les espaces formés par les évidements et les cavités de la brique au moyen d'un récipient en forme de coupelle.

O presente pedido de patente consiste na alteração geométrica no tijolo existente no estado da técnica, com um recuo nas faces do mesmo, em forma de curva, elíptica, retangular ou outra variante. O modelo de tijolo objeto do presente pedido pode ser produzido maciço ou com furos, formando seus recuos, cavas nas suas extremidades, faces, de forma a proporcionar quando justapostos, face com face, a formação de um espaço vazio, em forma de elipse, retangular ou outra variante, por onde será a massa cimentícia aplicada para o rejuntamento dos mesmos, quando alinhados na parede. Dessa invenção, surge um novo processo, uma nova técnica de assentamento de tijolos, proporcionando ao mesmo espaço/tempo o assentamento de uma quantidade de tijolos muito superior aos atuais modelos existentes no mercado. Tal modelo facilita seu assentamento pela forma de como se aplica a massa cimentícia no rejuntamento, que ao invés de se usar a colher de pedreiro, usa-se uma "gorda" de cimento, entre os espaços formados pelos recuos, as cavas do tijolo, com um recipiente em formato de caneco.
