Abstract

A method of and circuit for improving stabilization of a non-Foster circuit. The method comprises steps of and the circuit includes means for measuring a noise hump power at an antenna port or an output port of the non-Foster circuit, comparing the measured noise hump power with a desired level of noise power that corresponds to a desired operating state of the non-Foster circuit, and tuning the non-Foster circuit to generate the desired level of noise power to achieve the desired operating state of the non-Foster circuit.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un circuit permettant d'améliorer la stabilisation d'un circuit non de type Foster. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à mesurer, et le circuit comprend un moyen destiné à mesurer, une puissance de crête de bruit au niveau d'un port d'antenne ou d'un port de sortie du circuit non de type Foster; à comparer la puissance de crête de bruit mesurée avec un niveau de puissance de bruit souhaité qui correspond à un état de fonctionnement souhaité du circuit non de type Foster; et à régler le circuit non de type Foster afin de générer le niveau de puissance de bruit souhaité pour obtenir l'état de fonctionnement souhaité du circuit non de type Foster.
