A cable connector includes a terminal pin secured in a nut by an insulator inserted in a half-spool retainer, a cylindrical housing connected to the retainer that receives a terminal post having a flanged first end and a cylindrical body with an axial bore, a metal ferrule, a plastic sleeve and a retaining ring. The ferrule is positioned over the body of the terminal post to form an annular space, the plastic sleeve fits over the ferrule and the retaining ring fits into the end of the plastic sleeve. The center conductor of a coaxial cable is inserted into the axial bore of the terminal post and the outer conductor is positioned in the annular space. The retaining ring is pressed into the plastic sleeve to connect the center conductor to the terminal pin, collapse the ferrule and secure the coaxial cable and plastic sleeve in the housing.

Un raccord de câble comprend une broche-borne fixée dans un écrou à l'aide d'un isolant inséré dans un élément de retenue à demi-bobine, un logement cylindrique, raccordé à l'élément de retenue, qui reçoit une borne ayant une première extrémité bridée et un corps cylindrique comportant un alésage axial, une ferrule métallique, un manchon en plastique et une bague de retenue. La ferrule est positionnée sur le corps de la borne de manière à former un espace annulaire. Le manchon en plastique s'ajuste sur la ferrule. La bague de retenue s'ajuste dans l'extrémité du manchon en plastique. Le conducteur central d'un câble coaxial est inséré dans l'alésage axial de la borne.
