The present invention relates to a system for treating sewerage overflow, and more particularly, to a system for treating sewerage overflow, which goes beyond an existing method of treating combined sewerage overflow (CSO) only to a specific capacity and releasing same, regardless of water quality, without notice when a flow volume exceeds the specific capacity, and measures the water quality of the sewerage overflow by using the apparatus for automatically measuring water quality, so as to release over-capacity overflow when the water quality is fair, but treating the overflow by using a surfactant micro bubble floatation device comprising a surfactant micro bubble floatation treating tub when the water quality of the overflow does not meet a standard, thereby increasing efficiency in treating a non-point pollution source and significantly improving management efficiency as well. The system for treating the sewerage overflow, according to the present invention, comprises: the apparatus for automatically measuring the water quality of the sewerage overflow; the surfactant micro bubble floatation treatment device comprising the surfactant micro bubble floatation treatment tub for treating the sewerage overflow; and the controller for releasing the overflow when a measurement value of the apparatus for automatically measuring water quality satisfies a base value, and transferring the overflow to the surfactant micro bubble floatation treatment device when the measurement value does not satisfy the standard value.

La présente invention concerne un système pour traiter un débordement d'égouts, et en particulier, un système pour traiter un débordement d'égouts, qui va plus loin qu'un procédé existant de traitement de débordement d'égouts combinés (CSO) traitant uniquement ne capacité spécifique et libérant les eaux de débordement, quelle que soit leur qualité, sans préavis, lorsque le débit dépasse ladite capacité spécifique, et qui mesure la qualité des eaux de débordement, à l'aide d'un appareil de mesure automatique de la qualité de l'eau, de manière à déverser le trop-plein lorsque l'eau est de qualité acceptable, et à traiter le débordement à l'aide d'un dispositif de flottation par micro-bulles de tensioactif comprenant une cuve de traitement par flottation par micro-bulles de tensioactif lorsque la qualité de l'eau de débordement ne respecte pas une certaine norme, ce qui permet d'augmenter l'efficacité pour traiter une source de pollution diffuse et d'augmenter considérablement l'efficacité de la gestion de l'eau. Le système de l'invention pour traiter un débordement d'égouts, comprend ledit appareil de mesure automatique de la qualité de l'eau de débordement, ledit dispositif de traitement par flottation par micro-bulles de tensioactif comprenant la cuve de flottation par micro-bulles de tensioactif pour traiter un débordement d'égouts, et un dispositif de commande servant à déverser le débordement lorsqu'une valeur de mesure de l'appareil de mesure automatique de la qualité de l'eau satisfait à une valeur de base, et à transporter le débordement jusqu'au dispositif de traitement par flottation par micro-bulles de tensioactif lorsque la valeur mesurée ne correspond pas à la valeur standard.

본 발명은 하수 월류수 처리시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 합류식 하수관거 월류수(CSO : Combined Sewerage Overflow)에 대하여 기존에는 일정 용량까지만 처리하고 유량이 초과되면 수질에 관계없이 무단 방류하던 방식에서 벗어나 수질자동측정기기를 이용하여 실제 하수 월류수의 수질을 측정하여 수질이 양호한 경우에는 용량 초과 월류수를 방류하나 월류수의 수질이 기준에 미달하는 경우에는 상압부상처리조를 포함하는 상압부상처리장치를 이용하여 처리를 함으로써 비점오염원에 대한 처리효율을 증대시키고 관리 효율성도 크게 제고한 하수 월류수 처리시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 하수 월류수 처리시스템은 하수 월류수에 대한 수질을 측정하는 수질자동측정기기; 하수 월류수를 처리하는 상압부상처리조를 포함하는 상압부상처리장치; 및 상기 수질자동측정기기의 측정값이 기준값을 충족하는 경우에는 월류수를 방류하고, 기준값에 불충족하는 경우에는 상기 상압부상처리장치로 월류수를 이송하는 컨트롤러;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
