Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a product obtained from coffee silverskin, characterised in that it is (a) powdered coffee silverskin or b) coffee silverskin extract. The invention also relates to a method for extracting coffee silverskin, comprising a step of extraction with water, preferably with subcritical water. The invention further relates to the use of the product obtained from coffee silverskin in cosmetics or functional food, especially for preventing physiological ageing processes, as a food preservative for preventing oxidative processes and as a source of caffeine.
(ES) Producto que procede de la cascarilla del café caracterizado porque es (a) cascarilla de café en polvo o (b) extracto de cascarilla de café. Procedimiento de extracción de la cascarilla del café que comprende una etapa de extracción con agua, preferentemente con agua subcrítica. Uso del producto procedente de la cascarilla del café en cosmética o alimentación funcional, en particular para prevenir procesos de envejecimiento fisiológico, como conservante alimentario para prevenir procesos oxidativos y como fuente de cafeína.
(FR) L'invention concerne un produit issu de la parche du café caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit (a) de la parche de café en poudre ou (b) d'extrait de la parche de café. L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de la parche du café qui comprend une étape d'extraction à l'eau, de préférence à l'eau sous-critique. L'invention concerne l'utilisation du produit issu de la parche du café dans la cosmétique anti-vieillissement ou l'alimentation fonctionnelle, en particulier pour prévenir des processus de vieillissement physiologique, en tant que conservateur alimentaire pour prévenir les processus oxydatifs et en tant que source de caféine.
