The particulate ice cream product may further comprise a plurality of coatings including one or more powder coatings. The present invention further relates to methods for coating these cryogenically frozen ice cream particles.

La présente invention concerne une composition servant à l'élaboration d'un produit de type crème glacée particulaire à enrobage pulvérulent, ledit produit de type crème glacée particulaire étant obtenu par cryogénisation. Ledit produit de type crème glacée particulaire peut comprendre, en outre, plusieurs enrobages dont un ou plusieurs enrobages pulvérulents. La présente invention concerne, par ailleurs, des procédés d'enrobage desdites particules de crème glacée obtenues par cryogénisation.
