Abstract

The present invention comprises a safety mechanism (2, 3, 3a, 3b), which is related to and/or integrally formed with a safety coupling (1 ), wherein the safety coupling, with a related safety mechanism (3a) actuatable toward and into an initial active retaining position or toward and into a final inactive releasing position, is adapted, upon rotary motion, to allow for the transmission of torque between a first, driving coupling member (10) and a second, driven coupling member (20) and wherein said actuatable safety mechanism is adapted to be actuatable in a displacement from an initial active position, via a number of intermediate positions, to a final inactive position. The invention provides for the existence of a guided safety mechanism allocated to the safety coupling with means (40, 45), adapted, during a final operating cycle of the safety coupling, to allow the safety mechanism to be displaced in a direction toward and into the initial active position, and from there to again allow a limiting relative movement between the first and the second coupling members, during each subsequent operative cycle.

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de sécurité (2, 3, 3a, 3b) lié à un embrayage de sécurité (1) et/ou formé d'un seul tenant avec celui-ci. L'embrayage de sécurité, équipé d'un mécanisme de sécurité connexe (3a) pouvant être actionné pour venir se placer dans une position de retenue active initiale ou dans une position de libération inactive finale, est apte, lors d'un mouvement de rotation, à permettre la transmission de couple entre un premier élément d'embrayage menant (10) et un second élément d'embrayage mené (20), et ledit mécanisme de sécurité actionnable est conçu pour être déplacé d'une position active initiale à une position inactive finale, en passant par un certain nombre de positions intermédiaires. L'invention permet d'obtenir un mécanisme de sécurité guidé pour un embrayage de sécurité, doté de moyens (40, 45) qui, au cours du cycle de travail final de l'embrayage de sécurité, permettent de déplacer le mécanisme de sécurité pour l'amener dans une position active initiale, et à partir de celle-ci, permettent un mouvement relatif limité entre les premier et second éléments d'embrayage pendant chaque cycle de fonctionnement subséquent.
