The present invention relates to a method for producing 1,3-butadiene by means of the oxidative dehydrogenation of normalbutene by using a parallel reactor which is packed into a fixed-bed reactor and is designed to ensure that the catalyst layers do not physically mix. More specifically, the invention relates to a method whereby 1,3-butadiene can be efficiently produced via the oxidative dehydrogenation of normalbutene by making use of a reactant constituted by a butene stream isolated from a C4 mixture containing normalbutene and normalbutane, by using a parallel reactor which is packed with a multi-component bismuth molybdate-based catalyst having different activities with respect to the oxidative dehydrogenation of normalbutene isomers (1-butene, trans-2-butene, cis-2-butene).

Cette invention concerne un procédé de production de 1,3-butadiène par déshydrogénation oxydative du butène normal à l'aide d'un réacteur parallèle garni dans un réacteur à lit fixe et conçu pour garantir que les couches de catalyseur ne se mélangent pas physiquement. Plus spécifiquement, cette invention concerne un procédé de production efficace de 1,3-butadiène par déshydrogénation oxydative du butène normal faisant appel à un réactif constitué par un flux de butène isolé d'un mélange C4 contenant du butène normal et du butane normal, et à un réacteur parallèle qui est garni d'un catalyseur multicomposants à base de molybdate de bismuth ayant des activités différentes par rapport à la déshydrogénation oxydative des isomères du butène normal (1-butène, trans-2-butène, cis-2-butène.

본 발명은 고정층 반응기에 충진되고, 각 촉매 층이 물리적으로 섞이지 않도록 설계한 병렬 반응기를 이용하여 노르말-부텐의 산화적 탈수소화 반응에 의해 1,3-부타디엔을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로는, 노르말-부텐의 이성질체(1-부텐, 트랜스-2-부텐, 시스-2-부텐)들의 산화적 탈수소화 반응에 대해 활성이 다른 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트계 촉매를 충진한 병렬 반응기를 이용하여 노르말-부텐과 노르말-부탄이 포함된 C4 혼합물로부터 분리된 부텐류를 반응물로 사용하여 노르말-부텐의 산화적 탈수소화 반응을 통해 1,3-부타디엔을 효율적으로 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
