The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing breast cancer by measuring thioredoxin 1 from the blood. The method for diagnosing breast cancer by measuring thioredoxin 1 from the blood, according to the present invention, does not burden a patient and can very conveniently diagnose breast cancer by inspecting the blood that is relatively easy to collect, unlike an existing method for diagnosing breast cancer which use a biopsy, and can be useful in an early diagnosis of breast cancer due to high sensitivity and screening ability of the diagnosis.

La présente invention concerne une méthode de diagnostic du cancer du sein par le dosage de la thiorédoxine 1 dans le sang. La méthode de diagnostic de l'invention n'est pas contraignante pour la patiente car le dosage est réalisé à partir d'un échantillon de sang qui est relativement facile à collecter, contrairement aux méthodes de diagnostic existantes qui utilisent une biopsie. En outre, la méthode de diagnostic de l'invention permet un diagnostic précoce d'un cancer du sein en raison de sa sensibilité élevée et de sa grande capacité de dépistage.

본 발명은 혈액으로부터 티오레독신 1을 측정하여 유방암을 진단하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 혈액으로부터 티오레독신 1을 측정하여 유방암을 진단하는 방법은 비교적 채취가 용이한 혈액을 검체로 하기 때문에 생검을 대상으로 하는 기존의 유방암 진단방법과는 달리 환자에게 부담을 주지않고 매우 간편하게 유방암을 진단할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 진단의 민감도 및 선별도가 높아 유방암의 조기 진단에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
