In the present invention, in an immunoassay method utilizing colloidal gold whereon an antibody or antigen has been immobilized, a simple procedure enables the sensitivity to be adjusted and the measurement range to be expanded to match the target of detection. It was discovered that performing a blocking treatment using both a non-biologically derived component and a biologically derived component on the surface of the colloidal gold particles whereon an antibody or antigen has been immobilized enables the adjustment of measurement sensitivity through the types, concentrations, etc., of both components, and enables the use of a non-biologically derived component that heretofore could not be used because colloidal gold agglomerates with the use of a non-biologically derived component alone.

La présente invention concerne, dans une méthode de dosage immunologique utilisant de l'or colloïdal sur lequel un anticorps ou un antigène a été immobilisé, une procédure simple permettant d'ajuster la sensibilité et d'étendre la plage de mesure pour l'adapter à la cible de détection. On a découvert que la réalisation d'un traitement bloquant utilisant à la fois un composant dérivé non biologiquement et un composant dérivé biologiquement à la surface des particules d'or colloïdal, sur lesquelles un anticorps ou un antigène a été immobilisé, permet d'ajuster la sensibilité de mesure selon les types, concentrations, etc. des deux composants, et permet l'utilisation d'un composant dérivé non biologiquement que l'on ne pouvait pas utiliser jusqu'à maintenant du fait que l'or colloïdal s'agglomère avec l'utilisation d'un composant dérivé non biologiquement seul.

抗体又は抗原が固定化された金属コロイドを用いた免疫学的測定方法において、簡易な方法によって検出対象に応じた感度調整を行い、また、測定範囲を拡大することである。 抗体又は抗原が固定化された金属コロイド粒子の表面を、非生物由来成分と生物由来成分の両成分によりブロッキング処理することにより、両成分の種類、濃度等によって測定感度の調整が可能であること、また、単独使用では金属コロイドが凝集するために使用できなかった非生物由来成分の使用が可能であることを見出した。
