Provided is a coating film which can be suitably used in various uses in which excellent adhesiveness with a solvent-free resin layer is needed, examples of such uses including a member for a micro lens or a prism sheet used in the backlight unit and such of a liquid crystal display. A coating film having a coating layer and used for forming a functional layer on the surface of the coating film by using a solvent-free actinic energy ray-curable coating material, the coating layer being formed on at least one surface of a polyester film and being formed from a coating liquid containing a polyurethane resin in which the weight of a carbon-carbon double bond is 0.5 weight % or more relative to the entire resin, wherein the aforementioned carbon-carbon double bond is reactive with the carbon-carbon double bond contained in the compound forming the functional layer.

La présente invention concerne un film de revêtement pouvant tout à fait être utilisé chaque fois qu'une forte adhérence à une couche de résine sans solvant s'avère nécessaire. Comme exemples de ces utilisations, on peut citer un élément pour mini-lentille ou une feuille prismatique utilisée dans l'unité de rétroéclairage et équivalent d'un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides. La présente invention concerne, donc, un film de revêtement comportant une couche de revêtement utilisée pour former une couche fonctionnelle à la surface du film de revêtement et faisant appel à un matériau de revêtement sans solvant, durcissable sous l'effet d'un rayonnement actinique, ladite couche de revêtement étant déposée sur au moins une surface d'un film polyester et étant formée d'un liquide de revêtement contenant une résine polyuréthane dans laquelle la masse d'une double liaison carbone-carbone représente au moins 0,5 % en poids de l'intégralité de la résine, ladite double liaison carbone-carbone réagissant avec la double liaison carbone-carbone du composé constituant ladite couche fonctionnelle.

 無溶剤型の樹脂層との良好な密着性が求められる各種の用途、例えば、液晶ディスプレイのバックライトユニット等に用いられるプリズムシートやマイクロレンズ用部材に好適に利用することができる塗布フィルムを提供する。 ポリエステルフィルムの少なくとも片面に、炭素-炭素二重結合部の重量が樹脂全体に対して0.5重量%以上であるポリウレタン樹脂を含有する塗布液から形成された塗布層を有し、当該塗布層表面に無溶剤型の活性エネルギー線硬化性塗料を使用して機能層が形成されるために使用される塗布フィルムであって、前記の炭素-炭素二重結合部が機能層を形成する化合物中に含有される炭素-炭素二重結合と反応性を有している塗布フィルム。
