This analog measurement data detection system is provided with: an amplifier (120), which amplifies analog measurement signals (V1) inputted from a subject to be measured in an analog manner, and outputs the amplified signals; a reference voltage generating circuit (130), which generates and outputs a reference voltage; and an analog-digital converter (140), which is configured to compare with each other analog measurement signals (V2) outputted from the amplifier and a reference voltage (Vr1) outputted from the reference voltage generating circuit, and to generate and output, on the basis of a difference voltage between the analog measurement signals and the reference voltage, digital measurement signals that correspond to the analog measurement signals. The reference voltage generating circuit is configured such that the reference voltage generating circuit has temperature characteristics to compensate, with respect to the reference voltage, the temperature characteristics of at least all of the amplifier, the analog-digital converter, and the reference voltage generating circuit itself.

La présente invention concerne un système de détection de données de mesure analogique qui comprend un amplificateur (120) qui amplifie des signaux de mesure analogique (V1) entrés à partir d'un sujet devant être mesuré d'une façon analogique, et qui sort les signaux amplifiés ; un circuit de génération de tension de référence (130) qui génère et sort une tension de référence ; et un convertisseur analogique/numérique (140) qui est conçu pour comparer entre eux des signaux de mesure analogique (V2) sortis de l'amplificateur et une tension de référence (Vr1) sortie du circuit de génération de tension de référence, et pour générer et sortir, sur la base d'une tension différentielle entre les signaux de mesure analogique et la tension de référence, des signaux de mesure numérique qui correspondent aux signaux de mesure analogique. Le circuit de génération de tension de référence est conçu de sorte qu'il possède des caractéristiques de température visant à compenser, par rapport à la tension de référence, les caractéristiques de température de l'amplificateur et/ou du convertisseur analogique/numérique et/ou du circuit de génération de tension de référence lui-même.
