Hydraulic turbine control device configured in order to adapt the resistant moment of the runner movement generator of a hydraulic turbine (3) in order to establish a stable pressure at the input (Pi) and at the output (Po), irrespective of the circulating flow (Q), and to adapt the electrical energy produced by the turbine to achieve the required hydraulic behaviour, which is characterized in that there are first, control means (100) and second, power means (200); wherein said first means (100) are connected to means for capturing pressure at the inlet (Pi) and at the outlet (Po) and to a flow meter (1) for ascertaining the circulating flow (Q), and also to means for measuring the power (2) of the turbine (3); all the aforesaid such that said first, control means (100) act on the second, power means (200) in order to apply the necessary braking moment for maintaining a stable reference value in the turbine (3).

Dispositivo de control para turbinas hidráulicas configurado para adaptar el par resistente que ofrece el generador de movimiento del rodete de una turbina hidráulica (3) de manera que se establezca una presión estable a la entrada (Pi) y a la salida (Po) independientemente del caudal circulante (Q) y adaptar la energía eléctrica producida por la turbina para lograr el comportamiento hidráulico deseado, que se caracteriza porque comprende unos primeros medios de control (100) y unos segundos medios de potencia (200); en donde dichos primeros medios (100) están conectados con unos medios de captación de la presión a la entrada (Pi) y a la salida (Po) y con un caudalímetro (1) para la obtención del caudal circulante (Q) así como con medios de medida de la potencia (2) de la turbina (3); todo ello, de tal forma, que dichos primeros medios de control (100) actúan sobre los segundos medios de potencia (200) para que se aplique el par de frenado necesario para mantener un valor de consigna estable en la turbina (3).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande pour turbines hydrauliques, conçu pour adapter le couple résistant que présente le générateur de mouvement de la roue mobile d'une turbine hydraulique (3), de sorte qu'une pression stable soit établie au niveau de l'entrée (Pi) et de la sortie (Po) indépendamment du débit circulant (Q), et pour adapter l'énergie électrique produite par la turbine pour obtenir le comportement hydraulique souhaité, ce dispositif se caractérisant en ce qu'il comprend des premiers moyens de commande (100) et des seconds moyens de puissance (200), lesdits premiers moyens (100) étant reliés à des moyens de détection de la pression au niveau de l'entrée (Pi) et de la sortie (Po) et à un débitmètre (1) pour l'obtention du débit circulant (Q), ainsi que des moyens de mesure de la puissance (2) de la turbine (3), de manière que lesdits premiers moyens de commande (100) agissent sur les seconds moyens de puissance (200) en vue de l'application du couple de freinage nécessaire pour maintenir une valeur de consigne stable dans la turbine (3).
