The invention concerns a transparent substrate carrying a layer of a transparent dielectric nanocomposite, comprising a matrix of SiNyOz, y being in the range 0 to 4/3, z being in the range 0 to 2 and y and z not being equal to 0 simultaneously, said matrix including nanoparticles selected from the group consisting of aluminum nitrides, zirconium nitrides, titanium nitrides, aluminum oxides, zirconium oxides, zinc oxides, titanium oxides, tin oxides, tantalum oxides and mixtures thereof.

L'invention concerne un substrat transparent portant une couche d'un nanocomposite diélectrique transparent, qui comprend une matrice de SiNyOz, y se situant dans la plage de 0 à 4/3, z se situant dans la plage de 0 à 2, et y et z ne représentant pas simultanément 0. Ladite matrice comprend des nanoparticules sélectionnées dans le groupe constitué par des nitrures d'aluminium, des nitrures de zirconium, des nitrures de titane, des oxydes d'aluminium, des oxydes de zirconium, des oxydes de zinc, des oxydes de titane, des oxydes d'étain, des oxydes de tantale et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
