Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Plattensandwichs 17 zur Verwendung als Wand-, Decken- oder Fußbodenpaneel 16 mit mindestens den Schritten: Bereitstellen einer Basisplatte 20 aus Holzwerkstoff, Anordnen einer schallisolierenden Schicht 18 oberhalb der Basisplatte 20, Anordnen einer Deckplatte 22 oberhalb der Basisplatte 20, Verpressen des Sandwichs, vorzugsweise in einer Presse. Um ein Plattensandwich 2 bereitzustellen, das eine besonders dauerhaft wirkende schallisolierende Schicht 18 aufweist, das besonders kostengünstig ist und besonders einfach in herkömmliche Herstellungsprozesse von Plattensandwiches 2 und von Paneelen 1 integriert werden kann, ist vorgesehen, dass ein elastisches Kunststoffmaterial zum Herstellen der schallisolierenden Schicht 18 eingesetzt wird, wobei gemäß einer ersten Alternative der Erfindung als elastisches Kunststoffmaterial ein geschlossenzelliger Schaum angeordnet wird, oder gemäß einer zweiten Alternative der Erfindung als elastisches Kunststoffmaterial ein selbstklebendes Kunststoffmaterial 18c aufgetragen wird, das die Basisplatte 20 mit der Deckplatte 22 verbindet und das im abgebundenen Zustand elastisch ist und eine Mindestdicke von 0.3 mm aufweist.

The invention relates to a method for producing a panel sandwich 17 for use as a wall, ceiling or floor panel 16, having at least the following steps: supplying a basic panel 20 made of wood-based material, arranging a sound-insulating layer 18 above the basic panel 20, arranging a cover panel 22 above the basic panel 20, and pressing the sandwich, preferably in a press. In order to supply a panel sandwich 2 which has a particularly permanently active sound-insulating layer 18, is particularly cost-effective and can be integrated particularly straightforwardly into conventional processes for producing panel sandwiches 2 and panel structures 1, it is provided that use is made of an elastic plastics material for producing the sound-insulating layer 18, wherein, according to a first alternative of the invention, the elastic plastics material provided is a closed-cell foam or, according to a second alternative of the invention, the elastic plastics material applied is a self-adhesive plastics material 18c, which connects the basic panel 20 to the cover panel 22, is elastic when set and has a minimum thickness of 0.3 mm.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau sandwich (17) destiné à être utilisé comme panneau mural, de plafond ou de sol (16). Ledit procédé comprend au moins les étapes suivantes consistant à : fournir une plaque de base (20) en matériau dérivé du bois ; agencer une couche insonorisante (18) sur la plaque de base (20) ; agencer une plaque de recouvrement (22) sur la plaque de base (20) ; comprimer le sandwich, de préférence dans une presse. L'invention vise à mettre au point un panneau sandwich (2) qui présente une couche insonorisante (18) agissant de manière particulièrement durable, qui soit particulièrement peu onéreux et qui puisse être intégré de manière particulièrement simple à des processus de fabrication classiques de panneaux sandwich (2) et de panneaux (1). A cet effet, une matière plastique élastique est utilisée pour la fabrication de la couche insonorisante (18). Selon une première variante de l'invention, une mousse à cellules fermées est agencée en tant que matière plastique élastique, ou selon une deuxième variante de l'invention, une matière plastique (18c) autoadhésive est appliquée en tant que matière plastique élastique, ladite matière plastique autoadhésive reliant la plaque de base (20) à la plaque de recouvrement (22), étant élastique à l'état collé et présentant une épaisseur minimale de 0,3 mm.
