Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussdose für photovoltaische Module, umfassend vorkonfektionierte Anschlusskabel, die in elektrischer Verbindung mit einem Stanzgitter stehen, wobei das Stanzgitter eine Leiterbahnstruktur aufweist, welche elektrische oder elektronische Komponenten, insbesondere Bypassdioden, aufnimmt. Angeformte oder als separates Teil ausgeführte Biegeabschnitte sind als Kontaktbügel ausgebildet, welche zwei gegenüberliegende, sich in Richtung Modul aufweitende Schenkel besitzen, wobei die Kontaktmittel von den Schenkeln geführt aufgenommen und kontaktiert sind. Weiterhin ist der Dosenkörper als Spritzgussteil ausgeführt derart, dass vor oder nach dem elektrischen Verbinden der Anschlusskabel mit vorgesehenen Abschnitten der Leiterbahnstruktur ein die elektrischen oder elektronischen Komponenten mindestens teilweise aufnehmender Vorspritzling gebildet wird, welcher von einem Konturkörper umgeben ist. Erfindungsgemäß enthält der Vorspritzling Partikel aus einem elektrisch isolierenden, jedoch die Wärmeleitfähigkeit gerichtet verbessernden Material, wobei die zum photovoltaischen Modul weisende Fläche des Vorspritzling kleiner als die gegenüberliegende, vom Modul weg weisende Fläche ausgebildet ist.

The invention relates to a junction box for photovoltaic modules, comprising pre-fabricated connection cables, which are in electrical connection with a leadframe, wherein the leadframe has a conductor structure which accommodates electrical or electronic components, in particular bypass diodes. Integrally formed bending sections, or bending sections formed as a separate part, are designed as contact bows which have two opposing limbs that widen in the direction of the module, wherein the contact means are accommodated and contacted as guided by the limbs. In addition, the box body is designed as an injection-molded part such that, before or after the electrical connection of the connection cables to provided sections of the conductor structure, a premolded part that at least partially accommodates the electrical or electronic components is formed, which is surrounded by a contour body. According to the invention, the premolded part contains particles made of a material which is electrically insulating but improves the thermal conductivity in a targeted manner, wherein the surface of the premolded part facing the photovoltaic module is smaller than the opposing surface facing away from the module.

L'invention concerne une prise de courant pour modules photovoltaïques, comprenant des câbles de connexion préfabriqués connectés électriquement à un grillage estampé. Le grillage estampé présente une structure de piste conductrice logeant des composants électriques ou électroniques, en particulier des diodes de dérivation. Des parties fléchies rapportées ou réalisées en tant que partie séparée sont réalisées comme des brides de contact pourvues de deux branches opposées s'élargissant en direction du module. Les moyens de contact sont logés avec guidage par les branches et entrent en contact avec celles-ci. En outre, le corps de prise est réalisé comme une pièce moulée par injection, de telle manière qu'une préforme logeant au moins en partie les composants électriques ou électroniques et entourée par un corps de contour est formée avant ou après la connexion électrique des câbles de connexion aux parties prévues de la structure de piste conductrice. Selon l'invention, la préforme contient des particules composées d'un matériau électriquement isolant mais améliorant de manière ciblée la conductivité thermique, la surface de la préforme orientée vers le module photovoltaïque étant plus petite que la surface opposée tournant le dos au module.
