Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a transfer film for in-mold molding which is superior in solvent resistance, heat resistance, durability, blocking resistance, and moldability, and is capable of suppressing the generation of gate flow, and also provided is a method for producing such a film. The film is provided with: a transfer layer (11) which is to be transferred to an in-mold molded body and which is to be cured when irradiated with active energy rays after the transfer; and a film shaped substrate (L0). The transfer layer (11) comprises an IMD layer (L2) laminated on the substrate (L0) and to be arranged on the outermost surface of the molded body after the in-mold molding. The IMD layer (L2) is constituted by a mixture composition containing at least one active-energy curable resin and at least one thermosetting resin.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un film de transfert pour un moulage dans un moule qui est supérieur en termes de résistance aux solvants, résistance thermique, durabilité, résistance au blocage et aptitude au moulage, et qui est apte à supprimer la génération d'écoulement d'amorce de coulée, et porte également sur un procédé pour la production d'un tel film. Le film comporte : une couche de transfert (11) qui doit être transférée à un corps moulé dans un moule et qui doit être durci lorsqu'il est irradié par des rayons d'énergie active après le transfert ; et un substrat en forme de film (L0). La couche de transfert (11) comprend une couche IMD (L2) stratifiée sur le substrat (L0) et destinée à être agencée sur la surface la plus externe du corps moulé après le moulage dans un moule. La couche IMD (L2) est constituée par une composition de mélange contenant au moins une résine durcissable par énergie active et au moins une résine thermodurcissable.
(JA)  耐溶剤性、耐熱性、耐久性、耐ブロッキング性、成形性に優れ、ゲート流れの発生を抑制可能なインモールド成形用転写フィルムおよびその製造方法を提供する。当該フィルムは、インモールド成形体に転写される転写層11であって、転写後に活性エネルギー線を照射することにより硬化する転写層11と:フィルム状の基材L0とを備える。転写層11は、基材L0上に積層された、インモールド成形後に成形体の最表面に配置されるIMD層L2を有し;IMD層L2は、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂と熱硬化性樹脂がそれぞれ少なくとも1種類含まれる混合組成で構成される。
