Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for separating a portion (for example, a collection liquid) of an accommodated substance (for example, an operation medium for a physical, chemical, and/or biochemical treatment, and the collection liquid containing a target substance) contained in the same space of a vessel-shaped structure without coming into contact with the external atmosphere and only through a simple mechanical operation. According to the method of the present invention, a vessel-shaped structure (1) comprises a vessel section (a), a vessel section (b), and a self-fusion material (X) connecting the vessel sections, and accommodates an accommodated substance selected among a group of a liquid, a solid, a gas, and a dispersed system. The present invention comprises: (i) extending the self-fusion material (X) by creating an opening between the vessel section (a) and the vessel section (b); (ii) separating the accommodated substance by fusing the extended self-fusion material (X) between the vessel section (a) and the vessel section (b); and (iii) separating the vessel-shaped structure (1) by cutting the fused portion of the self-fusion material (X).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour séparer une partie (par exemple, un liquide de collecte) d'une substance reçue (par exemple, un milieu fonctionnel pour un traitement physique, chimique et/ou biochimique, et le liquide de collecte contenant une substance cible) contenue dans le même espace d'une structure en forme de récipient sans venir en contact avec l'atmosphère externe, et uniquement par une opération mécanique simple. Selon le procédé selon la présente invention, une structure en forme de récipient (1) comprend une section de récipient (a), une section de récipient (b) et un matériau auto-fusible (X) reliant les sections de récipient, et reçoit une substance reçue sélectionnée parmi un groupe d'un liquide, d'un solide, d'un gaz et d'un système dispersé. La présente invention met en œuvre : (i) l'extension du matériau auto-fusible (X) par la création d'une ouverture entre la section de récipient (a) et la section de récipient (b) ; (ii) la séparation de la substance reçue par fusion du matériau auto-fusible étendu (X) entre la section de récipient (a) et la section de récipient (b) ; et (iii) la séparation de la structure en forme de récipient (1) par coupe de la partie fondue du matériau auto-fusible (X).
(JA) 容器状構造体中の同じ空間内に収容された収容物(例えば物理的、化学的及び/又は生化学的処理を行うための操作用媒体と、目的物を含む回収液)からその一部(例えば回収液)を外部雰囲気に一切接触させることなく、単純な機械的動作のみによって確実に分離することができる方法を提供する。容器部aと、容器部bと、それら両容器部を接続する自己融着材Xとを有し、且つ、液体、固体、気体及び分散系からなる群から選ばれる収容物を収容している容器状構造体1を、以下の工程:(i)容器部aと容器部bとの間を引き離して自己融着材Xを伸展させる工程;(ii)伸展した自己融着材X同士を容器部aと容器部bとの間で融着させて収容物を分割する工程;及び(iii)自己融着材Xの融着させた部分を切断することによって、前記容器状構造体1を分割する工程に供する、容器状構造体の分割方法。
