Abstract:
(EN) Inner-side heating using a core body (3) is performed while definitely preventing leakage of thermal fluid. When inserting into the mold, insertion into the interior of a rigid core vulcanized mold is simplified, and the task for connecting the thermal fluid to each chamber (38) is rendered unnecessary. The rigid core is provided with: a core body (3) comprising a plurality of core segments (9) divided in the circumferential direction of the tire; a cylindrical core (5) inserted into the center hole (3H) of the core body (3); and a pair of sidewall bodies (6L, 6U) positioned on both sides in the axial direction of the core body (3). A first dovetail part (16) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the core (5), and a second dovetail part (17) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of each core segment (9). An airtight chamber (38) is formed inside each of the core segments (9). Openings for core-side connectors (21A, 21B) that connect to the chambers (38) are formed on the flank surfaces of the core segments (9) on one side in the axial direction thereof.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un chauffage côté interne utilisant un corps de noyau (3) est réalisé tout en empêchant définitivement une fuite de fluide thermique. Lors de l'insertion dans le moule, l'insertion à l'intérieur d'un moule vulcanisé à noyau rigide est simplifiée, et la tâche de liaison du fluide thermique à chaque chambre (38) est rendue inutile. Le noyau rigide comporte : un corps de noyau (3) comprenant une pluralité de segments de noyau (9) divisés dans la direction circonférentielle du pneu ; un noyau cylindrique (5) introduit dans le trou central (3H) du corps de noyau (3) ; et une paire de corps de paroi latérale (6L, 6U) positionnés des deux côtés dans la direction axiale du corps de noyau (3). Une première partie en queue d'aronde (16) est formée sur la surface périphérique externe du noyau (5), et une seconde partie en queue d'aronde (17) est formée sur la surface périphérique interne de chaque segment de noyau (9). Une chambre étanche à l'air (38) est formée à l'intérieur de chacun des segments de noyau (9). Des ouvertures pour des raccords côté noyau (21A, 21B) qui les relient à des chambres (38) sont formées sur les surfaces de flanc des segments de noyau (9) sur un côté dans la direction axiale de ceux-ci.
