Abstract:
(EN) A rigid core is efficiently, stably and very accurately assembled and disassembled without using a bolt. The rigid core is provided with: a core body (3) comprising a plurality of core segments (9) divided in the circumferential direction of the tire; a cylindrical core (5) for preventing the movement of each core segment (9) toward the inside in the radial direction, and inserted into the center hole of the core body (3); and a pair of side plates (6U, 6L) for preventing the movement of each core segment (9) in the axial direction thereof, by being positioned on both sides in the axial direction of the core body (3), and by sandwiching and holding the core body (3) between the inside surfaces thereof. A first dovetail part (16) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the core (5), and a second dovetail part (17) for engaging with the first dovetail part (16) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of each core segment (9). The side plate (6U, 6L) on one side is fixed to the end of the core (5) on one side thereof, and the side plate (6U, 6L) on the other side is equipped with a boss part (22) that projects therefrom and can be threaded into an internal thread (13) provided in the central hole of the core (5).
(FR) Un noyau rigide est monté et démonté de façon efficace, stable et très précise sans utiliser de boulon. Le noyau rigide est doté : d'un corps (3) de noyau comprenant une pluralité de segments (9) de noyau répartis dans la direction circonférentielle du pneumatique ; d'un noyau cylindrique (5) destiné à empêcher le déplacement de chaque segment (9) de noyau vers l'intérieur dans la direction radiale, et introduit dans le trou central du corps (3) de noyau ; et d'une paire de plaques latérales (6U, 6L) destinées à empêcher le déplacement de chaque segment (9) de noyau dans sa direction axiale, positionnées des deux côtés dans la direction axiale du corps (3) de noyau et coinçant et retenant le corps (3) de noyau entre leurs surfaces intérieures. Une première partie en queue-d'aronde (16) est formée sur la surface circonférentielle extérieure du noyau (5) et une seconde partie en queue-d'aronde (17) destinée à venir en prise avec la première partie en queue-d'aronde (16) est formée sur la surface circonférentielle intérieure de chaque segment (9) de noyau. La plaque latérale (6U, 6L) située sur un premier côté est fixée à l'extrémité du noyau (5) sur un premier côté de celui-ci, et la plaque latérale (6U, 6L) située de l'autre côté est équipée d'une partie bossage (22) qui dépasse de celle-ci et peut être filetée dans le filet interne (13) situé dans le trou central du noyau (5).
(JA) 剛性中子を、ボルトを用いることなく高精度かつ安定して効率よく組み立て、分解する。タイヤ周方向に分割された複数の中子セグメント(9)からなる中子本体(3)と、中子本体(3)の中心孔に内挿されて各中子セグメント(9)の半径方向内側への移動を阻止する円筒状のコア(5)と、前記中子本体(3)の軸心方向両側に配され、内側面間で前記中子本体(3)を挟んで保持することにより各中子セグメント(9)の軸心方向への移動を阻止する一対の側板(6U,6L)とを具える。コア(5)の外周面に第1の蟻継ぎ部(16)が形成され、かつ各中子セグメント(9)の内周面に、第1の蟻継ぎ部(16)に係合する第2の蟻継ぎ部(17)が形成される。一方側の側板(6U,6L)は、コア(5)の一方側の端部が固定され、かつ他方側の側板(6U,6L)は、前記コア(5)の中心孔に設ける内ネジ部(13)に螺入しうるボス部(22)を突設する。
