Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to detect the locations of malfunctions with high precision when the NOx purification rate has dropped in an exhaust purifier provided with a selective reduction type NOx catalyst. In order to accomplish this, when the NOx purification rate of the NOx catalyst is below a threshold value, an excess or a deficiency of a reducing agent supplied to the NOx catalyst is determined by comparing the oxygen concentration upstream and downstream of the NOx catalyst. If the amount of reducing agent is greater than the necessary amount, the difference between the oxygen concentration upstream and downstream of the NOx catalyst will become greater.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de détecter les emplacements de pannes avec une grande précision suite à une chute du taux d'épuration des NOx dans un épurateur d'échappement muni d'un catalyseur de NOx du type à réduction sélective. A cette fin, lorsque le taux d'épuration des NOx du catalyseur de NOx est inférieur à une valeur seuil, un excès ou un manque d'un agent réducteur fourni au catalyseur de NOx est déterminé en comparant la concentration d'oxygène en amont et en aval du catalyseur de NOx. Si la quantité d'agent réducteur est supérieure à la quantité nécessaire, la différence entre la concentration d'oxygène en amont et en aval du catalyseur de NOx augmente.
(JA)  選択還元型NOx触媒を備える排気浄化装置において、NOx浄化率が低下したときに異常個所を高精度に検出することを目的とする。このため、NOx触媒におけるNOx浄化率が閾値未満のときに、NOx触媒よりも上流側と下流側との酸素濃度を比較することで、NOx触媒へ供給される還元剤量の過不足を判定する。還元剤量が必要量に対して過剰であればNOx触媒よりも上流側と下流側との酸素濃度の差が大きくなる。
