Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Aktuatorsystem und Betriebsverfahren für ein Aktuatorsystem, insbesondere elektromechanisches Feststellbremssystem (1), mit einem Aktuator (5), wobei der Aktuator (5) durch einen drehrichtungsumkehrbar betreibbaren Gleichstrommotor (28) angetrieben wird, wobei eine Steuereinheit (10) für die Steuerung oder Regelung der Bewegung des Gleichstrommotors (28) vorgesehen ist. Der Kern der Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Steuereinheit (10, ECU) eine oder mehrere Informationen zugeführt werden, die es erlauben die von dem elektromotorischen Aktuator (5) ausgeübte Zuspannkraft zu ermitteln und mit einer vorgegebenen Mindestzuspannkraft zu vergleichen, und wobei die Steuereinheit (10, ECU) wenigstens eine Information, Signal oder ähnliches zur Nachfrage einer Hilfsbetätigung an periphere Systeme, Komponenten und/oder elektronische Steuereinheiten emittiert, nachdem der Soll-Istwertvergleich ergeben hat, dass die ermittelte, eingestellte Zuspannkraft kleiner als die vorgegebene Mindestzuspannkraft ist.
(EN) The invention relates to an actuator system and to an operating method for an actuator system, in particular an electromechanical parking brake system (1), comprising an actuator (5), wherein the actuator (5) is driven by a direct current motor (28) that can be driven in both directions of rotation, wherein a control unit (10) for controlling the movement of the direct current motor (28) in an open-loop or closed-loop manner is provided. The core of the invention is that one or more pieces of information are supplied to a control unit (10, ECU), said information allowing the application force exerted by the electromotive actuator (5) to be determined and compared to a predetermined minimum application force, and wherein the control unit (10, ECU) emits at least one piece of information, signal or the like for requesting an auxiliary actuation to peripheral systems, components and/or electronic control units after the target to actual value comparison has shown that the determined, set application force is smaller than the predetermined minimum application force.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'actionneur et un procédé de fonctionnement pour un système d'actionneur, en particulier pour un système de frein de stationnement électromécanique (1), comportant un actionneur (5), ledit actionneur (5) étant entraîné par un moteur à courant continu (28) à sens de rotation réversible, le système comprenant une unité de commande (10) qui permet de commander ou de réguler le mouvement du moteur à courant continu (28). L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'une ou plusieurs informations permettant de déterminer la force d'application exercée par l'actionneur à moteur électrique (5) et de la comparer à une force d'application minimum prédéfinie, sont envoyées à l'unité de commande (10, ECU), ladite unité de commande (10, ECU) émettant au moins une information, un signal ou analogue vers des systèmes, des composants et/ou des unités de commande périphériques pour demander un actionnement auxiliaire lorsque la comparaison entre la valeur de consigne et la valeur réelle a révélé que la force d'application déterminée et réglée est inférieure à la force d'application minimum prédéfinie.
