(FR) COMPOSITION DE POLYAMIDE ANTI-JAUNISSEMENT
Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a polyamide composition with an improved resistance against yellowing. The invention also relates to a shaped article made from the composition and to a method of forming such a shaped article. The polyamide composition comprises: a. 90 to 40 wt% of one or more semi-aromatic polyamides and b.10 to 60 wt% of one or more of aliphatic polyamides and c.1 at least one white pigment as secondary component and c.2 optionally one or more other secondary components, wherein the sum of the amount of semi-aromatic and aliphatic polyamide is 100wt% and wherein: i. the semi-aromatic polyamide is derived from one or more aliphatic diamine monomers containing 4 to 12 carbon atoms and one or more benzene dicarboxylic acid monomers and ii. the aliphatic polyamide is derived from one or more aliphatic diamine monomers containing 4 to 10 carbon atoms and one or more aliphatic dicarboxylic acids with 6 to 12 carbon atoms with the proviso that no additional thermally conductive material is present in the composition.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une composition de polyamide ayant une résistance améliorée contre le jaunissement ; un article façonné fabriqué à partir de la composition ; et un procédé de formation dudit article façonné, ladite composition de polyamide comprenant : a. 90 à 40 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs polyamides semi-aromatiques, b. 10 à 60 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs polyamides aliphatiques et c.1 au moins un pigment blanc à titre de composant secondaire et c.2 éventuellement, un ou plusieurs autres composants secondaires. La somme de la quantité de polyamides semi-aromatiques et aliphatiques s'élève à 100 % en poids et : i. le polyamide semi-aromatique est dérivé d'un ou de plusieurs monomères de diamine aliphatique contenant 4 à 12 atomes de carbone et d'un ou de plusieurs monomères d'acide benzène-dicarboxylique et ii. le polyamide aliphatique est dérivé d'un ou de plusieurs monomères de diamine aliphatique contenant 4 à 10 atomes de carbone et d'un ou de plusieurs acides dicarboxyliques aliphatiques ayant 6 à 12 atomes de carbone à condition qu'aucun autre matériau thermiquement conducteur ne soit présent dans la composition.
