Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verbundformkörper und dessen Anwendung zur Konzentration Solarer Strahlung in Solarreflektoren unter dem Hintergrund der möglichst nachhaltigen Gewährleistung der geforderten Reflektion solarer Strahlung (total solar reflection). Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein neuartiges Substratmaterial und dessen Beschichtung mittels z.B. eines Physical und/oder Chemical Vapor Deposition Prozess (PVD/CVD-Prozess), sowie eine im Verbundkörper enthaltene, haftvermittelnde polymere Schicht. Die haftvermittelnde Schicht gewährleistet dabei eine dauerhaft haftfeste Beschichtbarkeit der reflektierenden Beschichtung und eine Verlängerung der Lebensdauer des Verbundformkörpers.
(EN) The invention relates to a composite molded body and to the use thereof for concentrating solar radiation in solar reflectors against the background of ensuring the required reflection of solar radiation (total solar reflection) in the most sustainable manner possible. The invention relates in particular to a novel substrate material and to coating the same by means of a physical and/or vapor deposition process (PVD/CVD process), for example, and to an adhesion-promoting polymeric layer contained in the composite body. The adhesion-promoting layer assures a lastingly bonding coatability of the reflective coating and an extended service life of the composite molded body.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps moulé composite et son utilisation pour concentrer le rayonnement solaire dans des réflecteurs solaires, l'objectif étant d'assurer de la manière la plus durable possible la réflexion voulue du rayonnement solaire (réflexion solaire totale). L'invention concerne en particulier un matériau substrat d'un genre nouveau et son revêtement, au moyen par ex. d'un processus de dépôt physique et/ou chimique en phase vapeur (PVD/CVD), ainsi qu'une couche promotrice d'adhésion contenue dans le corps composite. Ladite couche promotrice d'adhésion assure à cet égard une aptitude du revêtement réfléchissant à être recouvert de manière durablement adhérente et une prolongation de la durée de vie du corps composite.
