Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur konturnahen Temperierung einer Druckgussform (2) einer Druckgussvorrichtung (1), umfassend ein Kreislaufsystem (5), über welches ein Temperiermedium durch die Druckgussform (2) geführt werden kann, wobei das Kreislaufsystem (5) mindestens eine Druckmessvorrichtung (15) und mindestens ein Expansionsgefäss (13) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ventil (13), zur zeitweiligen Abkopplung des Expansionsgefässes (14) vom Kreislaufsystem (13) bereitgestellt ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Druckgussvorrichtung mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur Temperierung einer Form einer Druckgussvorrichtung mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung.
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for controlling the temperature of a die-casting die (2) of a die-casting device (1) close to the contours thereof, comprising a circulating system (5), by means of which a temperature control medium can be passed through the die-casting die (2), wherein the circulating system (5) comprises at least one pressure measuring device (15) and at least one expansion vessel (13), characterized in that a valve (13) is provided, for temporarily decoupling the expansion vessel (14) from the circulating system (13). The present invention also relates to a die-casting device with such a device and to a method for controlling the temperature of a die of a die-casting device with such a device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à mettre à température de manière fine un moule de moulage par pression (2) d'un dispositif de moulage sous pression (1), comprenant un système de circuits (5) grâce auquel un fluide de mise à température peut être envoyé dans le moule de moulage par pression (2), le système de circuits (5) comprenant au moins un dispositif manométrique (15) et au moins un vase d'expansion (13). Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'une vanne (13) existe pour découpler temporairement le vase d'expansion (13) du système de circuits (5). La présente invention concerne en outre un dispositif de moulage sous pression comportant un tel dispositif, ainsi qu'un procédé de mise à température d'un moule d'un dispositif de moulage sous pression à l'aide d'un tel dispositif.
