Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lasthandhabungsvorrichtung (1) zum Anheben von Rotorblättern (14) in eine Montageposition, mit einem Kran (20) mit Kranausleger (26), einem Kranhaken (22) und mit Befestigungsmitteln (25, 24) zum lösbaren Befestigen eines Rotorblattes (14) am Kranhaken (22), wobei in einem oberen Bereich des Kranauslegers (26) eine Abstützeinrichtung (46, 48a, 48b, 50a, 50b; 60, 64) befestigt ist, die eine Abstützfläche (72) aufweist, die in die vertikale Bewegungsebene des Rotorblattes (14) so hineinragt, dass das Rotorblatt (14) oder die Befestigungsmittel (25, 24) beim Anheben dagegen zur Anlage kommen, wobei die Abstützeinrichtung (46, 48a, 48b, 50a, 50b; 60, 64) starr ausgebildet ist, wobei die Abstützfläche (72) derart geformt ist, dass das Rotorblatt (14) gegen Drehung um eine vertikale Achse gesichert ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Montage von Rotorblättern (14) an der Rotornabe (13) einer Windenergieanlage (10).
(EN) The invention relates to a load‑handling apparatus (1) for lifting rotor blades (14) into a mounting position, having a crane (20) with a crane jib (26), a crane hook (22) and with fastening means (25, 24) for fastening a rotor blade (14) in a releasable manner on the crane hook (22), wherein a supporting device (46, 48a, 48b, 50a, 50b; 60, 64) is fastened in an upper region of the crane jib (26), this supporting device having a supporting surface (72) which projects into the vertical movement plane of the rotor blade (14) such that the rotor blade (14) or the fastening means (25, 24) come into abutment against the same during the lifting operation, wherein the supporting device (46, 48a, 48b, 50a, 50b; 60, 64) is of rigid design, wherein the supporting surface (72) is formed such that the rotor blade (14) is secured against rotation about a vertical axis. The invention also relates to a method for mounting rotor blades (14) on the rotor hub (13) of a wind turbine (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de manutention de charges (1) destiné au levage de pales de rotor (14) dans une position de montage. Ce dispositif comporte une grue (20) ayant une flèche de grue (26), un crochet (22) et des moyens de fixation (25, 24) pour la fixation amovible d'une pale de rotor (14) sur le crochet (22). La partie haute de la flèche de grue (26) porte un appareil d'appui (46, 48a, 48b, 50a, 50b; 60, 64) qui offre une surface d'appui (72) qui fait saillie dans le plan vertical de mouvement de la pale de rotor (14) de telle manière que, lors du levage, la pale de rotor (14) ou les moyens de fixation (25, 24) viennent s'y appuyer. L'appareil d'appui (46, 48a, 48b, 50a, 50b; 60, 64) est rigide, la surface d'appui (72) étant formée de manière que la pale de rotor (14) soit empêchée de tourner autour de l'axe vertical. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de montage de pales de rotor (14) sur le moyeu (13) d'un aérogénérateur (10).
