Abstract:
(EN) A galvanically isolated DC/DC converter (2) comprises at least one first side converter circuit (20) coupled between a pair of first side DC terminals (10), and at least one second side converter circuit (40) coupled between a pair of second side DC terminals (60), the second side converter circuit having at least a first and a second switching element (41, 45), with each of the first and second switching elements (41, 45) comprising a switch (42, 46) and a diode (44, 48) connected in parallel, wherein, when the DC/DC converter (2) is in power transfer operation from the pair of first side DC terminals (10) to the pair of second side DC terminals (60), the diodes (44, 48) of the first and second switching elements (41, 45) are alternately in a conductive state, with each of the first and second switching elements being controlled such that a closed state of the respective switch extends beyond a transitioning of the diode of the same switching element from the conductive state to a blocking state.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un convertisseur cc/cc galvano-isolé (2) qui comprend au moins un circuit convertisseur de premier côté (20) couplé entre une paire de bornes CC de premier côté (10), et au moins un circuit convertisseur de second côté (40) couplé entre une paire de bornes CC de second côté (60), le circuit convertisseur de second côté possédant au moins des premier et second éléments de commutation (41, 45), chacun des premier et second éléments de commutation (41, 45) comprenant un commutateur (42, 46) et une diode (44, 48) connectés en parallèle, lorsque le convertisseur CC/CC (2) est en fonctionnement de transfert de puissance de la paire de bornes CC de premier côté (10) à la paire de bornes CC de second côté (60), les diodes (44, 48) des premier et second éléments de commutation (41, 45) étant en alternance dans un état conducteur, chacun des premier et second éléments de commutation étant commandé de sorte qu'un état fermé du commutateur respectif s'étende au-delà d'une transition de la diode du même élément de commutation de l'état conducteur à un état de blocage.
