Abstract:
(EN) A gerotor mechanism having one or more "work gerotor sets" that operate on the working fluid, where the inner and outer gerotors approach each other closely, but do not make mechanical contact; b) one or more "sync gerotor sets" which using direct lubricated or non-lubricated contact between the inner and outer gerotors to transmit mechanical drive and to keep the assembly of gerotor sets synchronized and co- rotating, and, c) one or more mounting members (e.g. central common shaft, "CoRotor bearings", etc.) to provide nominally independent rotation of all rotating components of the work gerotor sets; to transmit forces between work and synch gerotor sets; and to act as a mechanical seal that keeps separate the working fluid of the work gerotor set from the working fluid of the sync gerotor set.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme de rotor denté comprenant : a) un ou plusieurs « ensembles rotors dentés de travail » qui agissent sur le fluide de travail, le rotor denté interne et le rotor denté externe se rapprochant très près l'un de l'autre, mais sans établir de contact mécanique ; b) un ou plusieurs « ensembles rotors dentés de synchronisation » qui, en établissant un contact direct lubrifié ou non lubrifié entre le rotor denté interne et le rotor denté externe, transmettent un entraînement mécanique et maintiennent l'assemblage d'ensembles rotors dentés synchronisés et en rotation conjointe ; et c) un ou plusieurs organes de montage (p.ex. un arbre central commun, des « paliers de rotors conjoints », etc.) qui permettent la rotation nominalement indépendante de tous les composants rotatifs des ensemble rotors dentés de travail, qui permettent la transmission des forces entre les ensembles rotors dentés de travail et les ensembles rotors dentés de synchronisation, et qui agissent comme joint d'étanchéité mécanique en maintenant le fluide de travail de l'ensemble rotor denté de travail séparé du fluide de travail de l'ensemble rotor denté de synchronisation.
