Abstract:
(EN) Methods for determining cell chirality using micropattemed substrates are disclosed. Also provided are methods for diagnosing diseases such as genetic diseases or cancer by comparing the chirality of sample cells from a subject with normal cells, and determining a difference in chirality between the sample cells and normal cells.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés pour la détermination de la chiralité de cellules en utilisant des substrats à microstructures. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés pour le diagnostic de maladies comme les maladies génétiques ou le cancer, lesdits procédés consistant à comparer la chiralité de cellules échantillons provenant d'un sujet avec celle de cellules normales, et à déterminer une différence de chiralité entre les cellules échantillons et les cellules normales.
