Abstract:
(EN) A solar cell is configured by: arranging two glass substrates, each of which is provided with a transparent conductive film, so that the transparent conductive films face each other; disposing a titanium dioxide layer on one glass substrate; disposing silicon dioxide particles on the other glass substrate; and filling the space between the two glass substrates with an electrolyte. The glass substrate on which light is not incident may alternatively be a metal plate. A sensitizing dye such as a ruthenium complex may be adsorbed onto the titanium dioxide layer or the silicon dioxide layer. Since the titanium dioxide layer generates electric power by means of ultraviolet light incident thereon and the silicon dioxide layer generates electric power by means of visible light and infrared light incident thereon, the comprehensive conversion efficiency of the solar cell is increased.
(FR) L'invention concerne une cellule solaire qui est configurée par : l'agencement de deux substrats en verre, chacun comprenant un film conducteur transparent, de sorte que les films conducteurs transparents soient tournés l'un vers l'autre ; la disposition d'une couche de dioxyde de titane sur un substrat en verre ; la disposition de particules de dioxyde de silicium sur l'autre substrat en verre ; et le remplissage de l'espace entre les deux substrats en verre par un électrolyte. Le substrat en verre sur lequel la lumière n'est pas incidente peut en variante être une plaque métallique. Un colorant sensibilisateur tel qu'un complexe de ruthénium peut être adsorbé sur la couche de dioxyde de titane ou sur la couche de dioxyde de silicium. Etant donné que la couche de dioxyde de titane génère une énergie électrique au moyen de lumière ultraviolette incidente sur celle-ci et que la couche de dioxyde de silicium génère une énergie électrique au moyen de la lumière visible et de la lumière infrarouge incidentes sur celle-ci, le rendement de conversion total de la cellule solaire est augmenté.
(JA)  透明導電膜が形成された2枚のガラス基板が各々の透明導電膜を向かい合わせて配置し、ガラス基板の一方に2酸化チタン層を配置し、他方に2酸化ケイ素粒子を配置し、2枚のガラス基板の間に電解質を充填してソーラーセルを構成する。光が入射しないガラス基板は金属板とすることもできる。 2酸化チタン層あるいは2酸化ケイ素層にはルテニウム錯体等の増感色素を吸着させることもできる。 2酸化チタン層は入射した紫外光により起電し、2酸化ケイ素層は入射した可視光及び赤外光により起電することにより、ソーラーセルの総合的な変換効率が高くなる。
