Abstract
(EN) A washer nozzle is provided with: a first nozzle body (40) provided with a fitting recess (FC) having a bottom (41a) and a sidewall (41b); a second nozzle body (50) having a close contact wall (51) in close contact with the side wall (41b) and fitted in the fitting recess (FC); flow paths (MS, SS) provided between the bottom (41a) and a contact flat surface (52) and allowing washer liquid to flow therethrough; and a seal section provided between the edge (44) of the first nozzle body (40) and the spherical surface (53) of the second nozzle body (50) and sealing between the first nozzle body (40) and the second nozzle body (50). The configuration enables the nozzle bodies (40, 50) to be fitted to each other in a protrusion/recess relationship while the side wall (41b) and the close contact wall (51) are in close contact with each other, that is, the side wall (41b) and the close contact wall (51) can be fitted to each other in a protrusion/recess relationship with an insertion margin provided therebetween, and as a result, the joint strength between the nozzle bodies (40, 50) can be increased to improve the sealing properties. Therefore, a variation in the spread range of the washer liquid can be reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un gicleur de lave-glace qui est doté des éléments suivants: un premier corps (40) de gicleur pourvu d'un évidement d'assemblage (FC) ayant un fond (41a) et une paroi latérale (41b); un second corps (50) de gicleur ayant une paroi (51) de contact étroit en contact étroit avec la paroi latérale (41b) et montée dans l'évidement d'assemblage (FC); des chemins d'écoulement (MS, SS) disposés entre le fond (41a) et une surface de contact (52) plate et permettant au liquide de lave-glace de s'écouler à travers ceux-ci; et une section d'étanchéité disposée entre le bord (44) du premier corps (40) de gicleur et la surface sphérique (53) du second corps (50) de gicleur et assurant l'étanchéité entre le premier corps (40) de gicleur et le second corps (50) de gicleur. La configuration permet de fixer les corps (40, 50) de gicleur l'un à l'autre dans une relation protubérance/évidement alors que la paroi latérale (41b) et la paroi (51) de contact étroit sont en contact étroit l'une avec l'autre, c'est-à-dire que la paroi latérale (41b) et la paroi (51) de contact étroit peuvent être fixées l'une à l'autre dans une relation protubérance/évidement avec une tolérance d'introduction prévue entre elles et, grâce à cela, on peut augmenter la solidité de la jonction entre les corps (40, 50) de gicleur pour améliorer les propriétés d'étanchéité. Par conséquent, on peut réduire la variation de portée d'étalement du liquide de lave-glace.
