Abstract:
(EN) A hexafluoroacetone or a hydrate thereof can be produced with high yield by subjecting a 1-fluoro-4,4-bis(trifluoromethyl)-2,3,5-trioxolanyl ether compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein R represents an alkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms, an aryl group or a benzyl group), which is a compound produced by the ozone oxidation of a heptafluoroisobutenyl ether compound, to a reduction reaction in the presence of a reducing agent, i.e., a dialkyl sulfide having an alkyl group carrying 3 or 4 carbon atoms, a diaryl sulfide, a diaryldisulfide or a diaralkylsulfide.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, une hexafluoroacétone ou un hydrate de celle-ci peut être produit avec un rendement élevé en soumettant un composé d'éther de 1-fluoro-4,4-bis(trifluorométhyl)-2,3,5-trioxolanyle représenté par la formule générale (1) (dans laquelle R représente un groupe alkyle ayant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, un groupe aryle ou un groupe benzyle), qui est un composé produit par l'oxydation d'ozone d'un composé d'éther d'heptafluoroisobutényle, à une réaction de réduction en présence d'un agent réducteur, c'est-à-dire, un sulfure de dialkyle ayant un groupe alkyle comportant 3 ou 4 atomes de carbone, un diarylsulfure, un diaryldisulfure ou un diaralkylsulfure.
(JA)  ヘプタフルオロイソブテニルエーテル化合物をオゾン酸化して得られる一般式 (ここで、Rは炭素数1~8のアルキル基、アリール基またはベンジル基である)で表わされる1-フルオロ-4,4-ビス(トリフルオロメチル)-2,3,5-トリオキソラニル・エーテル化合物を、炭素数3または4のアルキル基を有するジアルキルスルフィド、ジアリールスルフィド、ジアリールジスルフィドまたはジアラルキルスルフィド還元剤の存在下で還元反応させて、高収率でヘキサフルオロアセトンまたはその水和物を製造する。ヘプタフルオロイソブテニルエーテル化合物をオゾン酸化して得られる。
