Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To manufacture an organic thin film solar cell which has stable performance. [Solution] An embodiment of the present invention provides a thin film solar cell (1000) which is provided with: a pair of first and second electrode layers (10, 20), one of which transmits light; a contact layer (22) of a first conductivity type, which is formed on one surface of an electrode; and a photoelectric conversion layer (100) which is arranged in contact with the contact layer (22) of the first conductivity type. The photoelectric conversion layer (100) comprises a p-type organic high molecular weight region (102) and an n-type organic low molecular weight region (104). The p-type organic high molecular weight region (102) and the n-type organic low molecular weight region (104) have penetrating structures that extend in a direction crossing the thickness (D1) of the photoelectric conversion layer (100).
(FR) La présente invention a pour objectif la fabrication d'une cellule solaire à film mince organique offrant des performances stables. Pour ce faire, un mode de réalisation de la présente invention propose une cellule solaire à film mince (1000), comprenant : une paire constituée d'une première couche et d'une seconde couche d'électrode (10, 20), dont l'une transmet la lumière ; une couche de contact (22) d'un premier type de conductivité, qui est formée sur une surface d'une électrode ; et une couche de conversion photoélectrique (100), qui est agencée au contact de la couche de contact (22) du premier type de conductivité. La couche de conversion photoélectrique (100) comprend une région de poids moléculaire élevé organique de type p (102) et une région de faible poids moléculaire organique de type n (104). La région de poids moléculaire élevé organique de type p (102) et la région de faible poids moléculaire organique de type n (104) comportent des structures de pénétration qui s'étendent dans une direction croisant l'épaisseur (D1) de la couche de conversion photoélectrique (100).
(JA) 【課題】 安定した性能の有機薄膜太陽電池を作製する。 【解決手段】 本発明のある態様においては、対をなし一方が透光性の第1および第2の電極層10、20と、電極の一方の面の上に形成された第1導電型のコンタクト層22と、第1導電型のコンタクト層22に接触し配置されている光電変換層100とを備える薄膜太陽電池100が提供される。光電変換層100はp型有機高分子領域102とn型有機低分子領域104とを含んでおり、p型有機高分子領域102とn型有機低分子領域104とが光電変換層100の厚みD1を横切るいずれかの向きに延びる構造である貫通構造をなしている。
