Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a TSA method of purification by adsorbing synthetic gas including hydrogen, CO, and/or methane, said method implementing at least an adsorber having at least one adsorbent and subjected to a pressure cycle, and comprising at least an adsorption step, a step of producing a flow enriched with a main component, and a regeneration step, characterized in that the regeneration step includes: regenerating the adsorbent using a regeneration gas (20) including more than 95 mol % of nitrogen; and scavenging the adsorbent using a scavenging gas (25) corresponding to a fraction of the synthetic gas to be purified or to a fraction of the purified synthetic gas.
(FR) Procédé TSA de purification par adsorption d'un gaz de synthèse comprenant de l'hydrogène, du CO et/ou du méthane en oeuvre au moins d'un adsorbeur présentant au moins un adsorbant et soumis à un cycle de pression comportant au moins une étape d'adsorption, une étape de production d'un flux enrichi en constituant principal et une étape de régénération, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de régénération comprend: une régénération de l'adsorbant au moyen d'un gaz de régénération (20) comprenant de l'azote à plus de 95% molaire; et un balayage de l'adsorbant au moyen d'un gaz de balayage (25) correspondant à une fraction du gaz de synthèse à purifier ou une fraction du gaz de synthèse épuré.
