Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for manufacturing cellulosic material, the method comprising: introducing cellulose fibers as cellulosic raw material (1) to a system, and conveying the cellulose fibers (1) to an extruder (6) comprising a mixing part (6a, 6b) and/or a refining part (6d). The method further comprises dosing at least one chemical to the system before the extruder (6) and/or in the extruder (6) and performing a reaction between the cellulose fibers and the chemical(s) at least partly in the extruder (6), wherein the reaction is performed at a consistency of at least 40%, and/or dosing at least one chemical to the system before the extruder (6) and/or in the extruder (6) and mixing the cellulose fibers and the chemical(s) in the mixing part (6a, 6b) of the extruder (6), wherein the mixing step is performed at a consistency of at least 40%,and/or refining the introduced cellulose fibers at least partly in the refining part (6d) of the extruder (6), wherein the refining step is performed at a consistency of at least 5%. The invention further relates to a system for manufacturing cellulosic material. The invention further relates to use of the produced cellulosic material in the manufacture of fibril cellulose pulp.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer une matière cellulosique, ce procédé consistant à : introduire des fibres de cellulose comme matière première cellulosique (1) dans un système, et à acheminer les fibres de cellulose (1) dans une extrudeuse (6) comprenant une partie de mélange (6a, 6b) et/ou une partie de raffinage (6d). Le procédé consiste en outre à doser au moins une substance chimique dans le système avant l'extrudeuse (6) et/ou dans l'extrudeuse (6) et à mettre en réaction les fibres de cellulose et la ou les substances chimiques au moins en partie dans l'extrudeuse (6), la réaction étant mise en oeuvre à une consistance d'au moins 40 %, et/ou à doser au moins une substance chimique dans le système avant l'extrudeuse (6) et/ou dans l'extrudeuse (6) et à mélanger les fibres de cellulose et la ou les substances chimiques dans la partie de mélange (6a, 6b) de l'extrudeuse (6), l'étape de mélange étant mise en oeuvre à une consistance d'au moins 40 %, et/ou à raffiner les fibres de cellulose introduites au moins en partie dans la partie de raffinage (6d) de l'extrudeuse (6), l'étape de raffinage étant mise en oeuvre à une consistance d'au moins 5 %. L'invention concerne en outre un système pour fabriquer une matière cellulosique. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de la matière cellulosique produite dans la fabrication de pâte de cellulose fibrillaire.
