Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Spektrometer-Aufbau für die Wellenlängen-Modulationsspektroskopie angegeben, bei dem zur Kalibrierung der Wellenlänge des Lasers eine Temperaturrampe durchfahren wird ein Absorptionsspektrums des Materials beim Durchfahren der Temperaturrampe aufgenommen wird, wenigstens zwei Absorptionslinien im Absorptionsspektrum ermittelt werden und eine Kalibrierung der Wellenlänge durch automatischen Vergleich der ermittelten Absorptionslinien mit bekannten Absorptionslinien des Materials durchgeführt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a spectrometer construction for wavelength modulation spectroscopy, in which a temperature ramp is applied in order to calibrate the wavelength of the laser, an absorption spectrum of the material is recorded as the temperature ramp is applied, at least two absorption lines are detected in the absorption spectrum, and the wavelength is calibrated by automatic comparison of the detected absorption lines with known absorption lines of the material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble spectromètre pour la spectroscopie à modulation de longueur d'onde, dans lequel une rampe de température est parcourue pour étalonner la longueur d'onde du laser, un spectre d'absorption de la matière lors du parcours de la rampe est enregistré, au moins deux lignes d'absorption sont déterminées dans le spectre d'absorption et un étalonnage de la longueur d'onde est effectué par comparaison automatique des lignes d'absorption déterminées avec des lignes d'absorption connues de la matière.
