Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a method for reliable detecting and monitoring of a multitude of different earth faults in three-phase electric power distribution networks. A method is presented which combines a transient estimation method with a modified phasor based wattmetric method. The transient method estimates the capacitance and conductance of each feeder and also for the neutral point device, and uses this to find the faulted feeder. The modification of the wattmetric method is to use the negative derivative of the neutral point voltage phasor magnitude to identify when the fault is not connected and then disable (block) the active power criterion.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la détection et la surveillance fiables d'une multitude de différents défauts à la terre dans des réseaux de distribution d'énergie électrique triphasée. La présente invention concerne un procédé qui combine un procédé transitoire d'estimation avec un procédé wattmétrique basé sur un vecteur de phase modifié. Le procédé transitoire estime la capacitance et la conductance de chaque ligne d'alimentation et également pour le dispositif de point neutre et utilise ceci pour trouver la ligne d'alimentation défectueuse. La modification du procédé wattmétrique est destinée à utiliser la dérivé négative de l'amplitude de vecteur de phase de tension de point neutre pour identifier lorsque le défaut n'est pas relié, puis désactiver (bloquer) le critère d'énergie active.
