Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt Copolymere enthaltend Indeno- carbazol-Derivate mit elektronen- und lochtransportierenden Eigenschaften, insbesondere zur Verwendung in der Interlayer, Emissions- und/oder Ladungstransportschicht von Elektrolumineszenzvorrichtungen sowie die zur Herstellung der Copolymere notwendigen Monomere. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Coplymere, sowie elektronische Vorrichtungen, enthaltend diese.
(EN) The present invention describes copolymers containing indenocarbazole derivatives having electron- and hole-transporting properties, especially for use in the interlayer, emission layer and/or charge transport layer of electroluminescent devices, and the monomers needed for preparation of the copolymers. The invention further relates to a process for preparing the inventive copolymers, and to electronic devices comprising them.
