Abstract:
(EN) Molten steel is poured, together with mold powder, into a mold, and the molten steel is gradually solidified in the mold. A slab molded while being solidified in the mold is continuously taken out of the mold. The slab taken out of the mold is subjected to electrolytic grinding reducing, for example, using a surface-reducing head in which an elastic grindstone and an electrode are disposed. A layer involving the powder and flaws are removed from the surface of the slab by the electrolytic grinding reducing. The slab subjected to the electrolytic grinding reducing is subjected to hot rolling, annealing, shot blasting/descaling, cold rolling, annealing, pickling, and the like as appropriate to thereby produce steel.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, de l'acier liquide est versé, conjointement avec une poudre de moulage, dans un moule, et l'acier liquide est petit à petit solidifié dans le moule. Une plaque moulée tout en étant solidifiée dans le moule est retirée du moule en continu. La plaque retirée du moule est soumise à une réduction par meulage électrolytique, par exemple, à l'aide d'une tête de réduction de surface dans laquelle sont disposées une meule à affûter élastique et une électrode. Une couche comportant la poudre, ainsi que des défauts, sont retirés de la surface de la plaque par un procédé de réduction par meulage électrolytique. La plaque soumise au procédé de réduction par meulage électrolytique est soumise à un procédé de laminage à chaud, de recuit, de grenaillage/décalaminage, de laminage à froid, de recuit, de décapage et analogue comme cela est approprié pour ainsi produire de l'acier.
(JA)  溶鋼をモールドパウダーとともに鋳型に流し入れ、この鋳型内で溶鋼が徐々に凝固される。鋳型内で凝固されつつ成形されたスラブが、鋳型から連続的に取り出される。鋳型から取り出されたスラブに、たとえば、弾性砥石と電極とが配置された減面ヘッドを用いて電解砥粒減面を施す。電解砥粒減面によってスラブ表面からパウダーの巻き込み層や疵が除去される。電解砥粒減面後のスラブに、熱間圧延、焼鈍、ショットブラスト/デスケール、冷間圧延、焼鈍、酸洗などが適宜施され、鋼材が製造される。
