Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem photovoltaischen Modul (1), welches eine Mehrzahl von Solarzellen (5) umfasst, welche jeweils mit einer elektrisch leitenden bzw. leitfähigen und strukturierten Schicht oder Struktur (10) zur Ableitung der in den Solarzellen (5) erzeugten elektrischen Energie gekoppelt sind, wobei wenigstens zwei Teilbereiche (2, 3) des photovoltaischen Moduls (1), welche jeweils wenigstens eine Solarzelle (5) aufweisen, über einen flexiblen Verbindungsbereich (4) miteinander gekoppelt sind und entlang des flexiblen Verbindungsbereichs (4) in eine zueinander abgewinkelte und/oder einander wenigstens teilweise überlappende Lage faltbar bzw. klappbar sind, ist vorgesehen, dass die Solarzellen (5) an ihrer Rückseite mit der elektrisch leitenden bzw. leitfähigen und strukturierten Schicht (10) gekoppelt sind, welche durch eine Abdeckschicht (11) abgedeckt ist, und dass die elektrisch leitende bzw. leitfähige und strukturierte Schicht (10) in einer mehrlagigen, an der Rückseite der Solarzellen (5) angeordneten Folie integriert ist, wobei die mehrlagige Folie den flexiblen Verbindungsbereich (4) zwischen den wenigstens zwei Teilbereichen des photovoltaischen Moduls und/oder einen Bestandteil hiervon ausbildet, wodurch ein an unterschiedliche Einsatzzwecke anpassbares, klappbares bzw. faltbares photovoltaisches Modul (1) zur Verfügung stellt werden kann.
(EN) In the case of a photovoltaic module (1) which comprises a plurality of solar cells (5) which are each coupled to an electrically conducting or conductive and structured layer or structure (10) for discharging the electrical energy generated in the solar cells (5), wherein at least two subregions (2, 3) of the photovoltaic module (1) which each have at least one solar cell (5) are coupled to one another via a flexible connecting region (4) and can be folded or tilted along the flexible connecting region (4) into a position in which they are bent back with respect to one another and/or at least partially overlap one another, provision is made for the solar cells (5) to be coupled on the rear side of said solar cells to the electrically conducting or conductive and structured layer (10) which is covered by a cover layer (11), and for the electrically conducting or conductive and structured layer (10) to be integrated in a multilayered film arranged on the rear side of the solar cells (5), wherein the multilayered film forms the flexible connecting region (4) between the at least two subregions of the photovoltaic module and/or a component part thereof, as a result of which a photovoltaic module (1) which can be tilted or folded and can be matched to different intended uses can be made available.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module photovoltaïque (1) qui comprend une pluralité de cellules solaires (5) qui sont chacune couplées à une couche ou à une structure structurée ou électroconductrice (10) conduisant l'énergie électrique produite dans les cellules solaires (5). Au moins deux zones partielles (2, 3) du module photovoltaïque (1) qui comportent chacune au moins une cellule solaire (5) sont couplées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une zone de connexion flexible (4) et peuvent être pliées ou rabattues le long de la zone de connexion flexible (4) dans une position dans laquelle elles forment un angle l'une par rapport à l'autre et/ou se chevauchent au moins en partie. Selon l'invention, les cellules solaires (5) sont couplées par leur côté arrière à la couche structurée et électroconductrice (10) qui est recouverte par une couche de recouvrement (11), et la couche structurée et électroconductrice (10) est intégrée dans un film multicouche agencé sur le côté arrière des cellules solaires (5), le film multicouche formant la zone de connexion flexible (4) entre les deux parties ou plus du module photovoltaïque et/ou un élément de structure dudit module, ce qui permet d'obtenir un module photovoltaïque (1) pliant ou rabattable adaptable à diverses utilisations.
