Abstract:
(EN) Cell co-culturing methods and arrays providing versatility and high resolution. A method comprising: providing at least one substrate; providing at least one first tip with at least one first cell-adhesion material disposed thereon, and at least one second tip with at least one second cell-adhesion material disposed thereon, wherein the first cell-adhesion material is different from the second cell-adhesion material; depositing the first cell-adhesion material from the first tip to the substrate to form at least one first deposit, and depositing the second cell-adhesion material from the second tip to the substrate to form at least one second deposit; and wherein the first and second deposits are capable of providing selective binding to at least one first cell so that the first cell selectively binds to the first deposit, and wherein the second deposit is capable of binding to at least one second cell. Single cell binding and cell interaction studies can be carried out.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés et des ensembles de co-culture cellulaire permettant une polyvalence et une haute résolution. L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à : se procurer au moins un substrat ; se procurer au moins une première pointe comportant au moins une première matière d'adhésion cellulaire disposée sur celle-ci et au moins une seconde pointe comportant au moins une seconde matière d'adhésion cellulaire disposée sur celle-ci, la première matière d'adhésion cellulaire étant différente de la seconde matière d'adhésion cellulaire ; à déposer la première matière d'adhésion cellulaire provenant de la première pointe sur le substrat pour former au moins un premier dépôt, et à déposer la seconde matière d'adhésion cellulaire provenant de la seconde pointe sur le substrat pour former au moins un second dépôt ; et les premier et second dépôts étant aptes à fournir une liaison sélective à au moins une première cellule de telle sorte que la première cellule se lie sélectivement au premier dépôt, et le second dépôt étant apte à se lier à au moins une seconde cellule. Des études de liaison de cellules isolées et d'interaction cellulaire peuvent être réalisées.
