Abstract:
(EN) A general framework for parametric filters is based on belief condensation (BC), which can cope with highly nonlinear and non-Gaussian system models. The methodology exploits the specific structure of the problem and decomposes it in such a way that the linear and Gaussian part can be solved in closed form, while the remaining parts are addressed by an optimization process, referred to as BC. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed BC filter is close to that of the particle filter, but with a much lower complexity.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un cadre général pour des filtres paramétriques repose sur une condensation de croyance (BC), qui peut faire face à des modèles de système hautement non linéaire et non gaussien. La méthodologie exploite la structure spécifique du problème et le décompose de telle façon que la partie linéaire et gaussienne peut être résolue dans une forme fermée, tandis que les parties restantes sont traitées par un procédé d'optimisation, désigné par BC. Les résultats de simulation montrent que la performance du filtre BC proposé est proche de celle du filtre à particules, mais avec une plus faible complexité.
