Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a semiconductor light-emitting device that emits high-chroma light; and an exhibit irradiation illumination device, meat irradiation illumination device, vegetable irradiation illumination device, fresh fish irradiation illumination device, general-use illumination device, and semiconductor light-emitting system containing the semiconductor light-emitting device. The semiconductor light-emitting device (1) is provided with: an LED chip (10) as a semiconductor light-emitting element; and a fluorescent body (20) that releases light with the LED chip (10) as an excitation source. The fluorescent body contains at least a green fluorescent body and a red fluorescent body, and the value of the strength of light at the wavelength of 660 nm in the spectrum of light that has been emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting device (1) and beam-normalized is 170-300% inclusive of the value of the strength of light at the wavelength of 660 nm in the spectrum of baseline light that is for color rendering evaluation and that has been beam-normalized.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un dispositif électroluminescent semi-conducteur qui émet une lumière à haute saturation ; et un dispositif d'éclairage par irradiation d'objet exposé, un dispositif d'éclairage par irradiation de viande, un dispositif d'éclairage par irradiation de légumes, un dispositif d'éclairage par irradiation de poisson frais, un dispositif d'éclairage d'usage général et un système électroluminescent semi-conducteur contenant le dispositif électroluminescent semi-conducteur. Le dispositif électroluminescent semi-conducteur (1) comporte : une puce de DEL (10) comme élément électroluminescent semi-conducteur ; et un corps fluorescent (20) qui libère de la lumière avec la puce de DEL (10) comme source d'excitation. Le corps fluorescent contient au moins un corps fluorescent vert et un corps fluorescent rouge, et la valeur de l'intensité de la lumière à la longueur d'onde de 660 nm dans le spectre de la lumière qui a été émise par le dispositif électroluminescent semi-conducteur (1) et normalisée en faisceau est de 170-300 % inclus de la valeur de l'intensité de la lumière à la longueur d'onde de 660 nm dans le spectre de la lumière de ligne de base léger qui permet de rendre en couleur l'évaluation et qui a été normalisée en faisceau.
