(JA) 水添石油樹脂ペレットの製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) A production method in which a cyclopentadiene compound and a vinyl aromatic compound are thermally polymerized in a polymerization reaction unit (2) and then hydrogenation-reacted in a hydrogenation reaction unit (3). After the majority of hydrogenated solvent is separated in a solvent evaporation tank (41) from the hydrogenation reaction product obtained in the hydrogenation reaction unit (3), an additive is added that is prepared by separately dissolving an antioxidant in an addition unit (43). The additive is prepared by dissolving the antioxidant in an aromatic additive solvent having the same carbon number as the carbon number for the hydrogenated solvent, relative to a hydrogenated solvent for a naphthenic solvent. Low-molecular weight components are separated together with residual hydrogenated solvent and additive solvent, from the hydrogenation reaction product to which the additive was added, in a thin-film evaporator (42). The obtained molten resin is granulated in a granulation unit (5) and hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets are produced. The time for uniformly mixing the antioxidant can be reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication dans lequel un composé cyclopentadiène et un composé vinyl aromatique sont polymérisés par voie thermique dans une unité de réaction de polymérisation (2) puis soumis à une réaction d'hydrogénation dans une unité de réaction d'hydrogénation (3). Après que la majorité du solvant hydrogéné est séparé dans un réservoir d'évaporation de solvant (41) du produit de réaction d'hydrogénation obtenu dans l'unité de réaction d'hydrogénation (3), un additif est ajouté, lequel est préparé par dissolution séparée d'un anti-oxydant dans une unité d'addition (43). L'additif est préparé par dissolution de l'anti-oxydant dans un solvant additif aromatique ayant le même nombre de carbones que le nombre de carbones pour le solvant hydrogéné, par rapport à un solvant hydrogéné pour un solvant naphténique. Les composants de faible masse moléculaire sont séparés conjointement avec le solvant résiduel hydrogéné et le solvant additif, à partir du produit de réaction d'hydrogénation auquel l'additif a été ajouté, dans un évaporateur à film mince (4). La résine fondue obtenue est granulée dans une unité de granulation (5) et des pastilles de résine de pétrole hydrogénée sont obtenues. La durée pour le mélange uniforme de l'antioxydant peut être réduite.
(JA)  重合反応部(2)でシクロペンタジエン系化合物とビニル芳香族化合物とを熱重合した後、水素化反応部(3)で水素化反応する。水素化反応部(3)で得られた水素化反応物から、溶媒蒸発槽(41)で水素化溶媒の大半を分離した後、添加部(43)で別途酸化防止剤を溶解して調製した添加剤を添加する。添加剤は、ナフテン系溶媒の水素化溶媒に対して、水素化溶媒の炭素数と同数の炭素数の芳香族系の添加剤溶媒に酸化防止剤を溶解することで調製される。添加剤が添加された水素化反応物から、薄膜蒸発機(42)で残留する水素化溶媒および添加剤溶媒とともに低分子量体を分離する。得られた溶融樹脂を造粒部(5)で造粒して水添石油樹脂ペレットを製造する。酸化防止剤を均一に混合するための時間を短縮できる。
