Abstract:
(EN) A solar battery cell comprises: a substrate; a plurality of finger electrodes formed on the light receiving surface of the substrate; and a back side electrode sufficiently covering the back side of the substrate and connected to the finger electrodes on an adjacent cell by bonding a first TAB wire through a conductive adhesive. The back side electrode has an omitted portion arranged so as to define at least one alignment mark indicating a position at which the first TAB wire is bonded, and the at least one alignment mark has a width smaller than the width of the first TAB wire.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de batterie solaire qui comprend : un substrat; une pluralité d'électrodes en doigt formées sur la surface de réception de lumière du substrat; et une électrode côté arrière recouvrant de manière suffisante le côté arrière du substrat et connectée aux électrodes en doigt sur un élément adjacent par collage d'une première languette de connexion par l'intermédiaire d'un adhésif conducteur. L'électrode côté arrière comporte une partie omise agencée de façon à définir au moins un repère d'alignement indiquant une position à laquelle la première languette de connexion est collée, et le ou les repères d'alignement ont une largeur inférieure à la largeur de la première languette de connexion.
