Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a beverage composition which contains the following ingredients and has an Na+ concentration of 20-80 mg/100 mL, an osmotic pressure of 100-400 mOsm/kg, an Na+:grape sugar ratio of 1:(0.1-10) (by mole), and an Na+:K+ ratio of 1:(0.05-1) (by mole), the beverage composition being characterized by containing no designated additives. (1) 1-30% fruit juice, (2) 0.01-10% natural sweetener, (3) 0.005-0.1% common salt, and (4) 0.005-1% natural flavor/body source selected from the group consisting of alga extracts, extracts of dried fish for making soup stock, mushroom extracts, grain extracts, tea extracts, vegetable extracts, fruit extracts, herb extracts, mesophyll extracts, bean extracts, nut extracts, yeast extracts, sap, juice squeezed out of sugarcane (brown sugar syrup), and sugars (sanonto sugar, brown sugar).
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de boisson qui contient les ingrédients suivants et a une concentration en Na+ de 20-80 mg/100 mL, une pression osmotique de 100-400 mOsm/kg, un rapport Na+:sucre de raisin de 1:(0,1-10) (en moles) et un rapport Na+:K+ de 1:(0,05-1) (en mole), la composition de boisson étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle ne contient pas d'additifs désignés. (1) 1-30 % de jus de fruit, (2) 0,01-10 % d'édulcorant naturel, (3) 0,005-0,1 % de sel commun, et (4) 0,005-1 % de source naturelle de saveur/corps choisie dans le groupe consistant en les extraits d'algues, les extraits de poisson séché pour fabriquer un bouillon, les extraits de champignons, les extraits de graines, les extraits de thé, les extraits végétaux, les extraits de fruit, les extraits d'herbe, les extraits de mésophylle, les extraits de haricot, les extraits de noix, les extraits de levure, la sève, le jus pressé de la canne à sucre (sirop de sucre brun) et les sucres (sucre sanonto, sucre brun).
