Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a composition for organic semiconductors, which is suitable for the production of a photoelectric conversion element that has excellent durability, excellent stability of semiconductor characteristics, and excellent photoelectric conversion characteristics that enable photoelectric conversion over the range from visible to near infrared. The composition for organic semiconductors contains: (A) a polymer that has a repeating unit represented by chemical formula (1); (B) an electron-accepting organic semiconductor; (C) a dissolvable solvent which is capable of dissolving the polymer (A) and the electron-accepting organic semiconductor (B); and (D) a soluble additive which has a boiling point higher than that of the dissolvable solvent (C) and is more soluble in the electron-accepting organic semiconductor (B) than in the polymer (A).
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition pour semi-conducteurs organiques qui est appropriée pour la fabrication d'un élément de conversion photoélectrique qui présente une excellente durabilité, une excellente stabilité de caractéristiques semi-conductrices et d'excellentes caractéristiques de conversion photoélectrique qui permettent une conversion photoélectrique au-delà de la plage allant du visible au proche infrarouge. La composition pour semi-conducteurs organiques comprend : (A) un polymère qui comporte une unité répétitive représentée par la formule chimique (1) ; (B) un semi-conducteur organique accepteur d'électrons ; (C) un solvant pouvant se dissoudre, qui est apte à dissoudre le polymère (A) et le semi-conducteur organique accepteur d'électrons (B) ; et (D) un additif soluble qui présente un point d'ébullition plus élevé que celui du solvant pouvant se dissoudre (C) et est plus solubles que dans le semi-conducteur organique accepteur d'électrons (B) que dans le polymère (A).
