Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing acrylamide by supplying a starting material water to a reactor, supplying acrylonitrile to the reactor, and hydrating the acrylonitrile using a biological catalyst. This method for producing acrylamide is characterized in that the temperature of the starting material water supplied to the reactor is set to a temperature that is not less than the freezing point and is lower than the reaction temperature by 5˚C or more. Consequently, the present invention is able to provide a low-cost method for producing acrylamide, wherein the reaction heat during the hydration reaction of acrylonitrile can be efficiently removed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'acrylamide par l'introduction d'eau comme matière de départ dans un réacteur, l'introduction d'acrylonitrile dans le réacteur et l'hydratation de l'acrylonitrile à l'aide d'un catalyseur biologique. Ce procédé de production d'acrylamide est caractérisé en ce que la température de l'eau comme matière de départ introduite dans le réacteur est fixée à une température qui n'est pas inférieure au point de congélation et est inférieure à la température de réaction de 5°C ou plus. Par conséquent, la présente invention est apte à fournir un procédé à faible coût pour la production d'acrylamide, la chaleur de réaction au cours de la réaction d'hydratation de l'acrylonitrile pouvant être éliminée efficacement.
(JA) 本発明は、原料水を反応器に供給し、アクリロニトリルを反応器に供給し、前記アクリロニトリルを、生体触媒を用いて水和することによってアクリルアミドを製造する方法において、前記反応器に供給する前記原料水の温度を、氷点以上、かつ、前記反応温度よりも5℃以上低い温度とすることを特徴とする、アクリルアミドの製造方法に関する。本発明によれば、アクリロニトリルの水和反応時の反応熱を効率的に除熱することができ、低コストなアクリルアミドの製造方法を提供することができる。
