Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the invention is to provide a dental handpiece control device that is able to prevent jolting of the technician holding the dental handpiece and of the patient being treated, and to limit motor heat generation by reducing the load thereof. The rotational direction of the motor (20) of the dental handpiece is switched at a regular time interval. In so doing, the voltage applied to the motor (20) is reduced before the rotational direction of the motor (20) is switched by the switching of a relay (17), thereby keeping large currents from flowing into the motor (20) when the relay (17) is switched and keeping large rotational torques from being applied on the cutting tool that is being rotated by the motor (20).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un dispositif de commande d'une pièce à main dentaire capable d'éviter les secousses du technicien tenant la pièce à main et du patient traité, et de limiter la chaleur générée par le moteur en en réduisant la charge. Le sens de rotation du moteur (20) de la pièce à main dentaire varie à intervalle de temps régulier. La tension s'exerçant ainsi sur le moteur (20) est réduite avant que le sens de rotation du moteur (20) ne change par commutation d'un relais (17), ce qui évite à de grandes intensités de pénétrer dans le moteur (20) lorsque le relais (17) varie, et ce qui évite l'application de couples de rotation importants sur l'outil d'incision que le moteur (20) fait tourner.
(JA)  歯科用ハンドピースを持っている術者と、治療対象の患者にショックを与えるのを防ぐことができ、モータへの負荷を軽減して、その発熱を抑えることができる歯科用ハンドピースの制御装置を提供することを目的とする。 歯科用ハンドピースのモータ20の回転方向を一定時間毎に切り替える。このとき、リレー17を切り替えてモータ20の回転方向を切り替える前には、モータ20に印加する電圧を低減させている。これにより、リレー17を切り替えたときにモータ20に大きな電流が流れ込むのを防ぎ、モータ20によって回転駆動される切削工具に大きな回転トルクがかかるのを防ぐ。
